If your digital key does not work:

  2. Provide a clear screenshot of the activation error
  3. Allow time for verification

If the issue is verified, a free replacement will be provided.
If replacement is not possible, a refund will be issued.

8. Fraud & Chargebacks

We actively monitor and prevent fraudulent activity.

Fraudulent actions include:

  • Unauthorized or false chargebacks
  • Attempting to use already activated products
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Abuse of our refund or replacement policy

Fraud may result in:
